The State and Local Emissions Inventory System (SLEIS) is designed to facilitate the collection and reporting of air emissions inventory information. Your feedback regarding SLEIS is encouraged. To register as a SLEIS user, please fill out the registration form below. Return completed forms to DAQ staff as instructed on the registration form. DAQ staff will complete the registration process to allow access into SLEIS.
